The Mig-21 chronicle (5).

Ok, this is the last effort before beggin with the exterior painting. These are Eduard´s brassin wells, they have a really nice detail.

The fitting is perfect. There are still some wires and details that I will add later.

With the wings and fuselage assembled, the model is ready for painting. At last!

  2. Fantastic work!
I have been an admirer of your model painting skills for many years. Can you tell me what type of pencil you use for panel lines and recesses, is your choice of lead HB or 2B? I would love to see you do a video on cockpit painting on youtube (in English preferably). I wish you all the best.

    1. Hi Ben,
The lines and borders are enhanced with a pinwash of black oil paint. After that I sometimes use an HB lead to mark a little more some lines if needed. It also works a 2B lead, there is no much difference.
The video tutorial is a nice idea, I only need a good cámera :)
      Thanks for your words.
